We are trying to reach missing Plaintiffs of
Bayview Residents Settlement:

        As most of you know, our lawsuit is over and settled for twelve hundred ($1200) per plaintiff who submitted their factsheet before the deadline of October 31, 2023.

        The link in this email notification will take you to the website to update your contact information. Although Your Law Firm is handling your settlement paperwork to move you forward in the settlement, we will not be able to contact you for banking details once the funds arrive, UNTIL YOU UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION in LINK below.

        If you have any questions or concerns, text or call the law firm on their direct cell 510-516-2511.

        If you get voicemail, we are assisting someone else and will return your call.

        Remember, we are unable to disburse funds until the Defendants release funds to the law firm. We have no control over this except to diligently get Defendants everything they are asking for.

        Once we are deemed in compliance, they have 30 days to release their funds. Our best guess is 3, 4 or 5 months to receive funds. The link below is also for ongoing settlement updates to get everyone through the waiting period.
