WE WERE NOT ABLE TO HELP THE 100’S of Clients that contacted us at the last minute-
The deadline has passed and we thank those plaintiffs that were able to get their factsheets in timely – and for keeping their contact information updated in our system. We are sorry we lost touch with such a large number of people for so long and were not able to help all of you update your portal information in time to make the deadline.

As with every lawsuit, it is imperative that clients and attorneys are able to stay in contact with each other. Lawsuits require patience and hard work from both the attorneys and the clients, none of which works if an attorney or a client cannot reach each other-

As much as everyone wishes it was, this lawsuit is not over- We are still in the Discovery phase and the defense attorneys may request and require additional questions and answers at any time- so we still need your contact information updated at all times- as always.

Especially, if there is a settlement to disburse, we will need to send out letters to sign, followed by a check- If we can’t find you- we can’t pay you- Keep that in mind the next time you get a new cell phone number or email address or move to a new location.

That being said, moving forward, we will again email blast, text blast and send postcards to notify you when something is happening- so stay in touch
