Global Settlement Accepted
WE DO NOT HAVE A DEFINITE TIMELINE of when the funds will be released to our Law Firm-
as everyone knows, this always takes longer than we want it to.
We have all come a long way- we just need your last ounce of patience to cross this Settlement finish line-

Here are the steps we need to take now:
Sorry, we don’t know how long EACH PHASE will take to complete- (MONTHS not weeks/ per step)
- THANK YOU TO EVERYONE with a quick response to sign your new 2026 Settlement Releases!!!
- We have FINISHED text blasting notifications to Everyone with UPDATED CONTACT Info–
- If you did not receive the text blast by now (yikes) please SCROLL UP and fill a Contact Form to update!!!
- Anyone that wants to forward the text with the link to another Plaintiff may do so-
- Funds will not be here for at least a minimum of 3 to 5 months, estimate.
(yes, you heard that right, we apologize for this long process, out of our control) - Once we have all 6500 releases signed and sent over to the defendants, they will review. Once the review process is complete, Defendants can release funds to the law firm. (which also doesn’t happen overnight, within 30 days) –
- At which time we will reach out for Banking Information Details – but not before –
each week we receive banking details, we will push direct deposits, every week, until everyone is paid. - For anyone not able to receive a deposit at that time, we will make another financial arrangement.
- Each Plaintiff with a submitted Factsheet will receive a settlement of $1200.

We will update this website each time we complete a phase of the global settlement-
We are only missing 2 minor representatives now- to keep their child in the Settlement-
Thank you to everyone who was able to participate in the countless townhall meetings, the tedious process of Discovery and Depositions and those that attended the mediation negotiations that led to the Global Settlement. An overwhelming 5000+ plaintiffs responded to the outreach requests of understanding the lawsuit as it stands now and understanding why we accepted the Global Settlement on behalf of over 75% of the Plaintiffs. No one wanted to lose the case entirely and walk away with nothing.
