Global Settlement Accepted
WE DO NOT HAVE A DEFINITE TIMELINE of when the funds will be released to our Law Firm-
as everyone knows, this always takes longer than we want it to.
We have all come a long way- we just need your last ounce of patience to cross this Settlement finish line-

We will need current cell phone #’s and email addresses to contact you-
Here are the steps we need to take now:
Sorry, we don’t know how long EACH phase will take to complete- guessing couple months-
- Finally, the Settlement Releases are ready to be signed. We will be text and email blasting notifications to sign your release BY WEEK of 1-28-26– in batches, not everyone at once. Make sure we have your updated contact information for the text and email blasts. And then please be patient-
- Funds will not be here for at least a minimum of 5 months.
(yes, you heard that right, we apologize for this long process) - Once we have all 6500 signed releases sent over to the defendants, Defendants Lennar and Tetra Tech have 90 days to review, once the review process is complete, Defendants can approve and send us a check – (which also doesn’t happen overnight) –
- At which time we will reach out for Banking Information – but not before –
and this step will take time to collect all new banking details- - Each Plaintiff with a submitted Factsheet will eventually receive a net of $1200.

We will update this website each time we complete a phase of the global settlement-
We are only missing 3 minor representatives now- to keep their child in the Settlement-
Thank you to everyone who was able to participate in the countless townhall meetings, the tedious process of Discovery and Depositions and those that attended the mediation negotiations that led to the Global Settlement. An overwhelming 5000+ plaintiffs responded to the outreach requests of understanding the lawsuit as it stands now and understanding why we accepted the Global Settlement on behalf of over 75% of the Plaintiffs. No one wanted to lose the case entirely and walk away with nothing.
