Lawsuit is Over-
We are Moving thru the Settlement Process
WE STILL DO NOT HAVE A DEFINITE TIMELINE (as of 7-30-26)
We are almost there-
We need current cell phone #’s and email addresses to contact you-
Here are the steps we need to take now:
- WE HAVE SUBMITTED ALL OF THE 2026 SETTLEMENT RELEASES- Thank You!!!
- We hoped to hear last week IF the funds will be issued soon- (we have not heard yet)
- When we get this news, we will post a new UPDATE-
- Once the funds are ready to disburse, you will be sent logins for Banking Details-
- Selections will be available of 1. direct deposit- 2. check in the mail – 3. local townhall pick up-
- Each Plaintiff with a submitted Factsheet will receive settlement funds of twelve hundred ($1200.)
