BAYVIEW LAWSUIT SETTLEMENT UPDATE
Greetings-
Thank you for your patience. We understand how frustrating this process has been, and we are working diligently to finalize the settlement and ensure everyone is paid. Please remember that there are 6,500 plaintiffs and that this is a very complex case.
We are in the final stage of the process. Over the next month or so, we will reach out to invite you to the payment portal, where you can tell us how you would like to be paid. Given the number of Plaintiffs, this will be a slow process to ensure everything is done correctly.
We will contact plaintiffs in small groups of a few hundred at a time. This means a relative, friend, or neighbor might be invited to the portal or receive payment before you. Please don’t be upset. We can't contact or pay 6,500 people at once.
PATIENCE IS KEY right now-
6,500 plaintiffs will NOT provide banking details on the same day, and
6,500 plaintiffs will NOT get paid at the same time.
This is going to be an Ongoing, Organized Process, managing 6,500 clients.
