1. Take a picture of your license plate before walking away from your car
2. Pay for parking before you exit the garage

Upon exiting Parking Garage,
turn LEFT,
cross the street safely at the end of the sidewalk,
and walk straight through glass doors of entrance to Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building, and exit to outside courtyard
