Thank you to everyone who was able to participate in the countless townhall meetings, the tedious process of Discovery and Depositions and those that attended the mediation negotiations that led to the Global Settlement. An overwhelming 5000+ plaintiffs responded to the outreach requests of understanding the lawsuit as it stands now and understanding why we accepted the Global Settlement on behalf of the over 75% of the plaintiffs. No one wanted to lose the case entirely and walk away with nothing.

We are now crossing the finish line and we have to be able to find everyone to sign your Global Settlement Release -as soon as defendants have it prepared for you to sign.

Here are the steps we need to take now:

Sorry, we don’t know how long each phase will take to complete-

• First, we are working on getting the representatives of 800 minors to sign a declaration in their new portal for a court hearing on the settlement for the kids-
  We are almost done- We are still trying to connect with less than 100 Minor Reps-
• Next- the judge will review and once everything is approved for the minors, we will start sending the 6500 plaintiffs into the new portal for this new settlement- to sign a new settlement release and fill a few other things-
• Then, we send all 6500 signed releases over to the defendants to review, so they can approve and send us a check and we will get everyone their $1200.

Each bullet point may take a couple months, depending on response time of 6500 Plaintiffs–

Anyone that knows anyone with minor children in the lawsuit– [only those children with a submitted factsheet by the 2023 deadline and are a legitimate part of the lawsuit] please ask them to get in touch and sign the declaration on behalf of their minor child- thank you- we will print the missing minor representatives this week so we can find them all-
