Here are the steps we need to take now:

Sorry, we don’t know how long each phase will take to complete- guessing months-

• We are still working on getting the final 15 representatives of 800 minors to sign their declaration in their new portal for a court hearing on the settlement for the kids- Judge will review to approve on February 12, 2026.
• Finally, the Settlement Releases are ready to be signed. We will be text and email blasting notifications to sign your release in a few days. Make sure we have your updated contact information for the text and email blasts.
• Once we have all 6500 signed releases to send over to the defendants to review, Defendants Lennar and Tetra Tech can approve and send us a check – at which time we will reach out for Banking Information – but not before –
• Each legitimate Plaintiff with a submitted Factsheet will receive a net of $1200. 

Each step may take a couple months, depending on response time of 6500 Plaintiffs–

Thank you to everyone who was able to participate in the countless townhall meetings, the tedious process of Discovery and Depositions and those that attended the mediation negotiations that led to the Global Settlement. An overwhelming 5000+ plaintiffs responded to the outreach requests of understanding the lawsuit as it stands now and understanding why we accepted the Global Settlement on behalf of the over 75% of the plaintiffs. No one wanted to lose the case entirely and walk away with nothing.
